Hey there! I'm Tanesha, always on the hunt for positive change and results in both life and business. You know, I've faced my fair share of challenges, but I thrive on constantly improving and adapting. I use the resilience that I’ve built up over the years from overcoming obstacles and life’s tough lessons to fuel me to keep moving forward.

When I'm not diving into strategies and data, you can catch me on the next flight out of town, enjoying the cool fall breeze with a good book, jotting down some thoughts, or just taking a leisure walk. Staying active at the gym and sticking to my workout routine is a must for me and stems from my years of competitive sports, though I do make room for some indulgence with a nice glass of white wine every now and then.

My strengths? Well, organization and structure is a natural instinct of mine, professional is my middle name, communicating effectively has always been a must, solving problems like a champ, and planning things down to the last detail. On the flip side, my inner perfectionist and particular tendencies give me that relatable touch, not to mention my quirky sense of humor adds a little spice to the mix.
